Summary:
Voip.com is a decent choice for Voip service. They offer many features at a great price, however, being one of the larger providers, it may be difficult getting quality support. We've also heard complaints of outages and intermittent poor line quality issues.

Installation/Use:
When you sign up, Voip.com will send you a free phone adapter that you plug into your broadband modem and your phone. They also have an online, web-based control panel which you can use if you want to configure various calling features.

Support/Help:
Voip.com has phone support (however hold times can be quite long at times). Voip.com also has an online trouble ticket system, and an online knowledgebase.
