Packet8 offers a great service with many features, however their prices are relatively high compared to some of our higher ranked options. They also charge a $29.99 activation fee and there is no refund if you cancel after the 30 day trial period.

Support/Help:
Lingo has an online trouble ticket system, information guides, and toll free phone support - they outsource their phone service offshore, so it may be difficult communicating with them.
